Enscripted Answers February | Movie Quote Puzzle

I recently downloaded an iPhone App called Enscripted  (through AppsGoneFree) and like many apps, I opened it not expecting much, in fact at first I was very confused, but once I figured it out I was seriously "hooked". 

The point of my post about this is to log my progress and perhaps help others gain some insight to answers they have gotten stuck with. My one fear is that I end up spoiling the game and if it is the case; please leave a comment and I will try and be more creative with the answers if that's not good enough I will cease to post the answers.

Oh, one more thing; I'm not sure how the game generates the Daily Puzzles but I am assuming that there is one puzzle for each day; i.e. I believe that the puzzle for e.g. for 7 Feb will be the same for everyone, irrespective of when you have downloaded it, based on this assumption I will add my answers.
